10. No Guarantee of Delivery

We do not guarantee that any text message will be delivered, delivered on time, or received by the intended recipient. Message delivery may be affected by carrier issues, device settings, network conditions, platform outages, filtering, incorrect phone numbers, or third-party service provider issues.
